Processing Time
All orders require at most 3-8 business days for processing. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please ensure your address and order details are correct, as we are unable to make changes once processing begins.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping within the United States typically takes 2-5 business days. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Tracking Information
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Additional Notes
• SilkKissHair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute or cancel it.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
