Return & Refund Policy

At SilkKissHair, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Every bundle is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure you receive nothing less than luxury. Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

However, we understand that rare situations can occur, and we want to make sure every customer has a positive experience. Please review our policy below carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the sanitary nature of hair extensions, returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive the wrong item or a defective product.

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, the hair must be in its original conditionunworn, unwashed, uncut, and with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Hair that has been opened, installed, brushed, combed, colored, bleached, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order (wrong item or visible defect), please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
Email us at silkkisshairco@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue

Once reviewed, our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if an order was fulfilled incorrectly or the product was confirmed defective prior to use.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order is final.


5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

SilkKissHair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. We offer customer signature to receive the package for these specific reasons. 


6. Final Sale Items

Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
